Before accepting any assignment Grenroc conducts user-friendly research on its clients investments to develop an appropriate understanding of the management team, the business, the industry and the future prospects for the business.

Grenroc does not undertake assignments for companys in the start up arena.

Due diligence

Due diligence is the most critical phase of the investment process. Grenroc's number one criteria is the management team.

Customizing the financing

Grenroc works closely with management to determine the most appropriate financing structure. We understand that every investment opportunity is different. While Grenroc specialises in provision of Equity capital, it works closely with Debt capital specialists where a debt solution is also required.

Our Fees

Grenroc negotiates all fee arrangements with its clients before any assignment is commenced. It is important in every assignment that all parties are clear as to the commercial arrangements.

Typically Grenrocs fees will comprise:

• an acceptance fee,
• a monthly retainer, and
• a success based fee, calculated as a percentage of the transaction Grenroc undertakes.
